Questions
Before you buy
Do I need to be good at Excel?
No. You type only in the yellow cells; every formula is protected, and the included video walkthrough shows each step. If you'd rather not enter your data yourself, we can set it up for a fixed price.
Are tariff rates built in?
No. You enter the HTS codes and duty rates for your products and the date you checked them; old rates and expiring exclusions get flagged. Dock & Dollar does not classify products or look up rates. Confirm all HTS codes and tariff rates with a licensed customs broker.
Is this for goods imported into the US?
Yes. Fees like MPF and HMF are US customs fees, and all amounts are in US dollars.
Can I share it with my team?
One purchase covers one business, including everyone who works there.
